Position:

Palms seeks Building Repair and Remodel Technicians for our skillfully managed apartment and commercial properties based out of Raleigh, NC. This is a hands-on position working independently. We seek teammates who can estimate project timelines and master time management and have knowledge/experience in some of the following areas.

· Carpentry

· Construction

· Remodeling

· Property renovations

Safety is a priority including knowledge in appropriate use of tools and procedures. Collaboration with onsite apartment maintenance and leasing teams is key. Travel is required. Palms operates in strategic southeast hubs including Raleigh, Charlotte, Charleston, SC, and Tidewater, VA. Your work will primarily focus on properties within a 2-hour range of your hub, but travel to other hubs is expected as needed, typically with advance notice.
