US Renal Care Remote

  • Renal Experience Preferred and Must live in the Greater Fort Worth, TX Area - this position requires travel and is not 100% remote.
The Regional Director is responsible for overseeing the operation of dialysis clinics in an assigned geographic region.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the overall operation of the assigned facilities from a fiscal, clinical, technical, regulatory, personnel, business management and growth perspective.
  • Implements and ensures compliance with all organization standards, guidelines, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures as well as with local, state and federal regulatory requirements
  • Works with Facility Administrators toward achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual projections based on financial and management objectives. Acts as liaison with Medical Directors and Physicians to coordinate quality patient care.
  • Organizes and coordinates all denovo new center development from identifying the opportunity through construction to center opening and licensure.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years prior management experience of a multi-site health care provider or 5-10 years of demonstrated excellence in managing a dialysis center as an Administrator.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or nursing is required. Specialty certifications are advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strong public relations skills for dealing with physicians, vendors, hospital personnel, Managed Care Organizations, etc. are valuable.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years prior management experience of a multi-site health care provider or five (5) to ten (10) years of demonstrated excellence in managing a dialysis center as an Administrator.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or nursing is required. Combination of education, specialty certifications and experience in related area will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strong public relations skills for dealing with physicians, vendors, hospital personnel, Managed Care Organizations, etc. are valuable.
  • Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC applications required within 90 days of hire.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Use of the following skills : problem solving, analytical ability, effective communication, confidentiality. Interpersonal skills necessary to work with patients, staff, insurance companies, government and private agencies. Multi-task in an efficient, professional and calm manner.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervises Administrators and other support staff in assigned clinics.

Budgetary Responsibilities:

Prepares, monitors and is held accountable for budgets for assigned clinics.

  • Frequent travel/overnight travel may be required. (up to 75% of time)
  • Noise level in the typical work environment is moderate due to the number of staff in business office area and staff/patients/equipment in patient care areas.
  • Exposure to chemicals used within the facility (Renalin, Bleach and Acidified Concentrate; refer to MSDS for other chemicals used within the facility).
  • Exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials (ongoing training provided for employee safety).
