Omni Visions is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as a Recruitment Specialist. As part of the Omni Family of Services, Omni Visions is a multi-state agency that provides services for adults and children. As the Recruitment Specialist you would be responsible for recruiting foster families and assisting with the certification and licensing process for foster families.

What you bring to this role:

- Bring your passion and expertise

- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social services or related field with demonstrated public relations skills. Experience with North Carolina foster care licensure preferred. TIPS-MAPP trained

- Prior experience in social services or an advanced degree in social work or related human services field.
