Recruiting Specialist (Temporary)- Nursing Employment Job at UNC Health Care
Description
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for supporting and collaborating with both Nurse Recruiters and Hiring Managers. The Recruiting Specialist is also responsible for administrative support by scheduling interviews, facilitating the onsite/virtual interview process, entering and evaluating background checks/drug screens results, collection of I-9 documents and assist in all processes related to hiring and onboarding employees.
This position requires multi-tasking, priority setting, attention to detail, customer service, teamwork, excellent communication and organization skills. Must have the ability to use various computer systems and programs.
Work schedule is 40 hours per week; 8 hour day shift Monday through Friday. This is a temporary position with no benefits. Anticipate at least a 3-6 month temporary work assignment.

Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- No licensure or certification required.
- Prior education, training and experience that provides the ability to perform the assigned tasks.
