Recruiter Staffing Consultant Compensation : $20-23/hour + Monthly Bonus

Recruiter Staffing Consultant Work Hours: 7:30AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday, Onsite Brooklyn Park, MN

Recruiter Job Overview: The Recruiter/Staffing Consultant will join a small, high performing, fun team. You will be crazy busy with a wide variety of duties to ultimately do 1 thing: Score "Touchdowns"....successfully placing candidates in a new job!

Recruiter Staffing Consultant

Recruiter Staffing Consultant Key Responsibilities:

• You will start out doing Recruiting: Qualifying applicants, scheduling interviews, posting jobs, conducting onboarding, greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to text/email messages, client discovery calls.
• After you learn recruiting, Staffing Consultant duties will be added including: interviewing candidates, taking/filling job orders from your assigned clients, managing job performance of your placed employees, payroll, inside sales calls to find new clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
