We are looking for an infield recruiter that lives in the Northampton County area to recruit Home Health Aide Workers for our Home Care Agency! The position is commission based, meaning you decide how much you can make; the limits are endless!

Job details:

• The goal of the position is to source and recruit Home Health Aides to work for our company.
• Job is 60% remote/home based and 40% traveling. At home you will be posting online ads, being on social media and reaching out to applicants to talk to them about the job. On the field You will be networking to find good candidates to recruit as well as meet up with each applicant face to face to interview them. You must have a reliable vehicle and either a laptop or tablet so you can do the face-to-face interviews.
• We are seeking an individual which can dedicate themselves to this job full time. Make your own hours but it must be flexible to allow for remote company meetings and ability to work around the applicant's schedule for interviews. The Hours are Monday through Friday 10am-2pm undisturbed and an additional 20 flexible hours per week.
• This is a commission based job only. You will get paid for each of your applicants which get hired. Compensation is based on the applicant, $75-$125! $75 for an applicant the agency gave the lead for. $100 for an applicant you bring the lead and the applicant already has an HHA/Class License. $125 for an applicant that goes through training at the company. We need you to recruit approximately 15 applicants each week but recruit more, get paid more!
• We are seeking someone with great people skills and a friendly personality.
