Following routine procedures or with general supervision, responsible for performing a variety of duties associated with ensuring the completeness and accuracy of maintenance records.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment.
  • Performs computer data entry of aircraft maintenance records.
  • Verifies completeness and accuracy of maintenance documents and computer records in accordance with general maintenance manual.
  • Files and maintains historical records.
  • Coordinates with department personnel to ensure timely and accurate records processing.
  • Researches maintenance records to reconcile computer data variances or as needed.
  • Process review and development as needed.
  • Attendance is considered an essential responsibility.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required - Associate degree preferred.
  • One to two years experience in records administration in an aircraft maintenance environment.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills required.
  • Ability to interpret and work quickly and accurately with detailed and complex technical data, information, and records.
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel applications.
