JOB SUMMARY
The position of Receptionist is responsible for performing customer reception activities; performs switchboard operations; answers questions or inquiries of a general nature; determines appropriate direction for business inquiries; issues messages; and performs routine operational duties such as receiving and distributing mail and correspondence, photocopying materials, maintaining files and other responsibilities as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
Acts as the bank’s receptionist; greets visitors and informs staff of visitors’ arrival.- Answers telephones; handles routine inquiries and customer services issues; routes calls to appropriate individuals; takes and relays messages.
- Assists in the scheduling of the bank’s courier activities.
- Operates personal computer to input data in visitor, package and mail logs.
- Performs a wide variety of routine clerical duties relative to the bank’s operations; stuffs envelopes; files check orders and statements; orders repair and service of telephone or other related office equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional communication skills by telephone and in person.
- Highly professional and able to multitask.
- Computer proficiency, MS Office.
- Professional in appearance and attitude.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to communicate with people at all professional levels and backgrounds.
- Experience in related field preferred.
