Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Site Coordinator to join our team working onsite at our office located in Columbus, OH.
Job Title: Site Coordinator
Work Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- This is predominantly a receptionist position.
- This position will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting guests, booking conference rooms, etc.
- There is a small percentage of their time that will be for putting together reports (such as PowerPoint presentations) or completing information on excel spreadsheets.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Looking for someone that enjoys customer service and talking to people.
- This is a low volume site, so it should be someone who is good with downtime and being productive, opportunity to become permanent.
- No extensive lifting, standing, or walking, no driving required.
- Dress code: Business Casual
- Free parking
- Fully vaccinated (The dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine/both doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine plus a booster)
