Display Group is seeking a Receptionist to join our exciting, growing business! You will handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Role and Responsibilities

Administrative Support/Receptionist (90%)

  • Greet clients upon arrival and connect them with the appropriate party
  • Answer incoming and entry calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
  • Support sales and operations workflow daily, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly
  • Assist in organizing and supporting company events
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
  • Respond to questions and requests for information

Other (10%):

  • Attend regular meetings as required
  • Assist in filing and keeping the sales/finance/administrative office and files organized
  • Deliver excellent customer service when collaborating with clients and team members, including answering phones as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure that details and logistics are in place for project or event

The Ideal Candidate Has/Is

  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
  • Ability to create organized filing system
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  • Overachieving attitude and enhanced work
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Great team attitude
  • Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and get into the details as a team player with a "get things done" proactive attitude
  • Willingness to be flexible, work extra hours as needed
