Race Technician (x4) Ford GT3 Job at Multimatic
Location: Multimatic Motorsports USA, Mooresville, North Carolina, United States
Position Summary:
Provide mechanical services as directed by the lead mechanic or designated crew chief on the Ford GT3.
Mechanics Interior & Fuel Systems / Program Mechanics Front end / Rear end / gearbox / sub-assembly GT3 Program.
Must have valid passports as the position involves extensive travel in North America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pit crew experience would be advantageous.
- Strong mechanical and interpersonal skills required.
- Capable of working in a close team environment.
Experience:
- IMSA, WEC, SRO experience required. Minimum 2yrs.
- A solid base of mechanical skills with an emphasis on motor racing cars.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic.
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment.
- Technical education mechanics automotive, similar background.
- Pit crew experience preferred.
