R&D Sr. Document Specialist provides documentation support to the R&D Team. Compiles, and/or prepares the gathered documents to ensure efficient and complete documentation for R&D Projects.

Responsibilities include:

Working with the R&D team to provide document support to customers for cosmetic products with development and label claims. Duties include Emailing document requests, compiling/gathering documents for registration of their products in US and abroad. Data entry and electronic filing, maintaining support documents for customer projects start to completion. Is responsible for the accuracy of documentation per approved standard and working closely with R&D management to provide support on formulas for production and manufacturing documentation.

Qualifications include:

Must be excellent in computer software including Outlook, Acrobat, Word, and Excel. Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects. Great organization, communication skills, and ability to prioritize projects and follow through with completion.
