QUOTATIONS SPECIALIST – Rail & Power Division

Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Inside Sales Support Specialist will support the sales from an internal position.
- Building strong customer relationships and provide technical support as needed.
- Respond to requests for quotes and submit bids for current and potential customers.
- Communicate and support cross-functional teams including outside sales, warehouse, and customer service on issues relating to product quotes and pricing.
- Vetting of new customers requesting pricing.
Experience requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred or Technical High School graduate or relevant work experience
- Minimum 1 year of previous Inside Sales experience
- Technical background and comfortable making technical recommendations
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven multi-tasker with an attention to details who has a high level of energy and remains calm in high energy environments.
- Have a strong customer service mentality and be a strong team player.
- Must be proficient in SAP, CRM software and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
