What You’ll Be Doing:

• Processing orders using Peoplesoft/SAP/Ariba or similar software.
• Executing operating procedures and assisting with service administration.
• Organize travel, catering, meetings, and other administrative support duties.
• Manage weekly reports and expense reports.
• Follow up with sales groups to confirm data, request information, and follow-up on status.
• Develop and improve operating procedures to improve efficiency
• Resolve day-to-day supplier issues.

Here’s What You Need To Apply:

• High School Diploma (or higher) or equivalent experience.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel – including Macros, Pivot Tables, and VLookup.
• Experience with gap analysis and data analysis is a plus.
• Added bonus if you have experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Microsoft Visio.
