Express Employment Professionals is supporting a local Mendota Heights company in their search for a Purchasing and Inventory Clerk. The Purchasing and Inventory Clerk will prepare purchase orders, complete purchasing documentation, and communicate with customers and suppliers. Apply now if you meet the requirements below!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations
- Confirm proper and timely delivery of requisitions and orders
- Calculate costs of orders and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts
- Ensure orders are accurately and efficiently filled while ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Knowledge of a variety of computer software including Microsoft Office
- Previous purchasing or administrative experience preferred
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 1st Shift
