PT Team Associate Edible Arrangements (Oak Park, IL) Job at Edible Arrangements

Then Edible Arrangements has just the job for you! We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives or, as we call them, Fruit Experts, to work in our Oak Park location at 107 N Marion St (25-35hr/week) Restaurant/Hotel Experience is preferred.
Must be 18 years of age. We are looking for a long term, outgoing employee with a sense of humor who has motivation to move up with our company.
Responsibilities include:
- Making Arrangements (training provided)
- Wrapping Arrangements
- Cutting Fruit
- Dipping Chocolate
- Handling Cash
- Routing the Driver
- Answering Phones
- Handling customer satisfaction issues
- Up-Selling Actively
Ideal candidate will be:
- Detail oriented, a quick learner
- Able to talk on the phone while typing and navigating through computer screens
- Able to work alone or in a group setting
- Be Responsible
- Be Honest
- Possess a high level of communication skills
- Be excited about our product
- Be Articulate
- Have a good grasp on grammar and spelling
- Feel comfortable engaging with Customers
- Feel comfortable building rapport while increasing store sales
- Be a Self-starter
- Manage time/prioritize duties well
- Be able to multi-task
If hired, you will be required to work holidays (Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Valentine's etc). You MUST be able to work all holidays, not just a couple. Flexible schedules are a plus!!
The current available shifts are:
- 8am-1pm Monday through Friday
- 1pm-7pm Monday through Friday
- 8am-5pm Saturday
- 10am-3pm Sunday
The more you are available, the more hours you will get!
Training rate is $13. We offer a 30-60-90 performance review program. We also offer sales commissions and reimbursement for parking.
