We are currently seeking an experienced File Clerk for a credit union located in Glendale, CA!
Type: Part-time (30 hours per week), temporary
Pay: $17-23.96/hr
Branch hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm (PT: 30-minute lunch)
Responsibilities:
- Putting files, digital or paper, into their proper locations
- Gathering and organizing files and documents for coworkers’ use, such as for reports
- Sorting, delivering, picking up and sending mail
- Sort all paperwork and digitize them by scanning or data entry
Requirements:
- High school diploma required!
- Ability to keep all information entirely confidential
- Possess an enthusiastic and professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.23 - $23.96 per hour
