Renz Counseling (http://RenzCounseling.com) is a warm, collaborative, dynamic group practice (20 talented clinicians and counting!). We are currently practicing exclusively via telehealth, which allows us to support clients anywhere in the Commonwealth, while keeping our clients and our staff safe. You can work from anywhere! (must have Mass. license) We also have beautiful offices in Canton and Stoughton.

We are seeking talented, licensed mental health therapists -- social workers (LICSW), mental health counselors (LMHC), psychologists (PhD, PsyD) -- who are experienced in treating children, adolescents, and/or adults. Make your own schedule. Minimum caseload of 20 clients per week.*

Our clinicians have a wide variety of backgrounds and special strengths. We welcome therapists who are generalists; please let us know if you have particular skills/experience, such as:

• LGBTQ clients
• couples therapy
• therapy with children and/or adolescents
• neuropsych testing, etc.
• IFS
• EMDR
• autism spectrum disorders

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy/counseling via telehealth to children, adolescents and/or adults.

• Provide skilled, compassionate care.

• Write timely, compliant clinical notes (it's easy with our EHR system!).

• Attend monthly group supervision/staff meetings

• Opportunities to run support groups if you choose to

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess a current mental health license in Massachusetts. (Note: social workers must have an LICSW license.)

• Carry your own malpractice insurance. (We can suggest companies if you don't already have it.)

• At least 2 years of clinical mental health experience (not necessarily in private practice).
• Carry a minimum caseload of 20 clients per week.

Please tell us if you are:

• Already credentialed/contracted with any insurers (which ones?). It will help us give you patients more quickly!

• Licensed to do psychological testing

• Fluent in other languages

• CANS certified

• Have other specialized training or skills
