Proposal Coordinator

Can you remain calm under pressure while being a good private investigator? This is your chance to prove you’re the right person for our marketing and proposal assistant position. The Marketing & Proposal Assistant will be responsible for analyzing requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposals (RFP) for prequalification submittal from beginning to end. We’re looking for a team member that is awesome, loves to eat, and shares our core values of being hungry, dependable, humbly confident, problem solver, team culture, and client focused. This individual must be someone who can help us solve our customer’s problems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with production of RFI and RFP proposals and qualification packages while maintaining branding guidelines.
• Assist in preparing of proposal materials, including writing, editing, verifying, and formatting proposal information, ensuring material is accurate, timely, and well written.
• Assist marketing team on other marketing initiatives as needed.
• Be like Sherlock Holmes in lead generation databases to seize opportunities.
• Able to donate your time, because we’re always giving back to our team and our community.
• Must be able to build relationships and legos.

Skills & Abilities:

• High School Diploma at a minimum. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, design, communications or related field preferred.
• Must be detail oriented, strong organizational skills, document management skills, & editing.
• Experience in Adobe In Design, Illustrator, & Photoshop required
• Must be a team player
• Experience using a CRM and HTML preferred.
• Prefer an A/E/C background, however the right virtues trump experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
