We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for our Massachusetts and Nantucket property portfolio. The portfolio is 70% multifamily, 20% retail, and 10% office totaling 900+ units. This position will be based out of our Framingham Corporate office, reports to the Regional Property Manager and will have direct access to the CEO, COO and Asset Management team.
The candidate is expected to travel to all sites to monitor property condition, staffing and performance. They will work in tandem with the Maintenance team to ensure the assets are well maintained.

Responsibilities include:
- Team-building -- hiring and retaining strong management, leasing and maintenance staff
- Communication – clear and professional written and verbal communication with your team and the corporate office
- Positive attitude – motivating your team with a positive optimistic attitude
- Property maintenance – maintain the properties to excellent safety standards
- Customer service – retain residents/tenants through excellent customer service
- Meet budget goals – work with corporate office to meet or exceed budget cashflow goals of each property
- Financial reporting – accurate and timely purchase orders, invoice review/approval, commercial and residential accounting functions including financial reporting and a strong understanding of financials.
- Training – train new and existing employees for all properties managed within portfolio
- Fair Housing – knowledge of any and all federal, state and local fair housing rules and regulations, must have knowledge and ability to execute residential and corporate leases
Background requirements:
- Experience with operating property management software and reporting functions, preferably Realpage/Onesite
- Basic building and mechanical knowledge, experience managing maintenance personnel
- Experience with a variable class of real estate assets, including subsidized housing
- 10+ years of property management and leasing experience

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
