Responsibilities:
In this role you will manage the execution of mechanical, water and wastewater treatment projects for the Plant Group which serves multiple divisions within PACE Supply. The potential candidate will serve customers in accordance with the organization's project management methodology, based on established project plans and specifications. They will ensure compliance with the customers’ construction schedules, oversee inventory requirements, logistics and quality assurance procedures. They will serve as the point of contact for the customer handling all aspects of order execution, order fulfillment and account management. They will establish and maintain effective sales relations and communications with all vendor partners and customers.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget
  • Ensures compliance with construction schedules of customers. Oversees inventory needs, shipments, Q/A procedures, and customer requirements. Serves as point of contact for customers handling all aspects of order execution, order fulfillment, and account management.
  • Manage execution of project in accordance with organization's project management methodology according to the established project plan
  • Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with all accounts/customers.
  • Coordinate the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
  • Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, and requirements, and perform calculations
  • Provide a high level of assistance to contractors/project managers to ensure that our materials on the projects are carried out according to plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Work Environment:

Education and/or Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in Project Management is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in the Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
