Project Manager/Administrative Assistant Job at Casa del Mar
Casa del Mar is a continuously growing promotional products and embroidery company, part of the fun advertising specialty industry and has been around in San Diego for 30 years. We sell logo'd apparel & other products to companies for their branding/marketing purposes.
We are looking for a super star project manager/administrative sales assistant to come on board right away. You will assist one of our sales executives on product quoting, purchasing, order processing, proofing, product research, and other administrative work, to help grow the business. Looking for a dedicated & dependable person with a positive can-do attitude, learns and works quick, while still paying great attention to detail.
Experience in assistant/administrative/office setting is preferred but experience in our specific promotional industry is not required and can be learned!
Hours will be Full Time in the office Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm and our office/embroidery production facility is currently located off Miramar Road, between the 15 and 805 freeways. We have a 401k retirement plan with match, paid sick/holidays, health, dental, vision, life insurance plans all available. Pay is determined on work experience and may be negotiable, you may also send us your salary/pay history. There is also a potential bonus program in the works.
