Project Manager

Manage and technical lead semiconductor manufacturing company’s engineering projects concerning SoC (System on Chip), including analog IC, IC layout and digital IC design. Devise long-term strategy and plan technical roadmap. Design architectural improvement to all analog and mixed-signal intellectual property (IP) blocks in System-on-Chip. Build relationships and trust with customers through technical interaction. Fully understand customers’ products, roadmaps and technical needs in order to find an optimum solution for both the customer and company. Own the technical solution for customers and champion their needs. Drive multiple teams to develop competitive and creative technical solutions, while ensuring efficient use of company’s resources. Collect feedback from customers on their concerns and needs. Provide local technical support together with domain experts as required.

Require: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Digital Technology; 2 years’ experience in job offered or as Department Manager; experience in devising long-term strategy, planning technical roadmap, and designing architectural improvement and technical lead the design of all analog and mixed-signal intellectual property (IP) blocks in System-on-Chip. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.

At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $192,317/year and $227,655/year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires.
