Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Halethorpe MD

Job Type: Full-Time

Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of project coordination, including onboarding new clients, ensuring the projects meet the criteria of our company, and interacting with various stakeholders, such as our sales team, COO, and supply chain.

Responsibilities:

- Onboard new clients and ensure that their project meets the criteria of our company

- Handle physical sample sending and assist the sales team with sample requests

- Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments

- Monitor project progress and keep track of timelines and deadlines

- Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including clients, sales team, COO, and supply chain

- Follow up with clients and internal team members to ensure timely completion of projects

- Maintain accurate records of project data, expenses, and other related information

- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the project's success

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

- Strong attention to detail and impeccable follow-through

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong time-management and multitasking skills

- Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

- Willing to work after-hours or on weekends, if necessary
