PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst-Mid to support our government customer at NSWC Indian Head Explosive Ordinance Division (IHEODTD) in Indian Head, MD.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Under broad supervision, conduct operations in support of the NAVSEA Navy ERP Business Office, coordinate events, provide expert business process and ERP solution consultation, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical issues, open and close service desk tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) and Business Operation Services.

• Support NAVSEA financial management functions. Specifically support financial posting of Navy ERP transactions such as Time and Attendance, Funding Document (FD), Contract, MILSTRIP Order, and Purchase Card transactions.
• Support management of Navy ERP Workload Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Network/Activity project charge objects.
• Support financial-related interfaces.
• Provide over-the-shoulder Navy ERP training as required.
• Support month and year-end closing.
• Support audit data calls.
• Provide analysis and support for Navy ERP and NAVSEA business process requirements.
• Perform regression testing related to program financial transactions.
• Support maintenance of business rules and training material.

Required Qualifications:

• Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Must have at least four (4) years of related experience.
• Navy ERP experience is a plus.
• Navy experience is desired.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or an additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for degree
