Responsibilities:

· Assure that products being produced are safe, legal and of excellent quality.

· Responsible for keeping the shift properly staffed

· Maintain production using orders received from Production Planner

· Able to maintain a good work flow

· Assist with machine repair when needed

· Keep proper paperwork

· Help maintain a good and clean work environment

· Help resolve personnel matters within shift

· Maintain good work relationship with other leads to ensure smooth turnover of shifts

· Responsible for quality of product

· Help maintain safe work environment

Qualifications:

· Regular, reliable, predictable attendance

· High school degree or equivalent

· Must be able to pass background and drug screen

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

· Excellent communication skills

· Must be flexible to work extended hours to support the requirements of the business.

Offer will be contingent upon completion of drug screen and background check.

Pay is based on experience and skill level.

Schedule: Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts: 7pm-7am

Work 7 out of 14 days every two weeks. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend off!
