Rapidly growing and established flooring company is looking to immediately fill the position of Production Manager.

The Production Manager position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project from pre- installation to installation, through post-installation. This position is also responsible for ensuring that the customers’ requirements are met and ensuring that the project is finished successfully.

• Be able to recognize problems. Identify possible causes and resolve routine problems
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high paced and sometimes stressful work situations
• Strong interpersonal skills and the proficiency to communicate professionally with co-workers, management, installers, homeowners, and third-party agencies.
• Display exceptional judgement and discretion and represent the company in a way that is professional at all times.
• Ability to accurately measure a job and calculate square footage/yardage
• Knowledge of internet, company software, word processing software, Outlook
• Demonstrate initiative by seeking ways to improve self and job functions
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Capability to read and interpret documents, reports, and correspondence. As well as provide professional, knowledgeable, and accurate responses internally as well as to customers and homeowners.
• Flexibility to travel regularly and spend prolonged periods at various site locations
• Be a team player, help each other to grow and learn with your own experience
• Be able to lift at least fifty pounds
• Utilize common sense to carry out instructions provided either verbally, written or in illustration form
• Utilize all available tools and resources to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
• Confidence to speak up if you have an idea or suggestion that could improve the company
