Charley Family Shop N Save is currently seeking an experienced, dedicated, and passionate Produce Manager to join our team. As a Produce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our produce department, ensuring high-quality products, excellent customer service, and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the produce department, including ordering, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining product displays

Manage inventory levels and ensure the freshness and quality of all produce items

Train, supervise, and motivate produce department staff to deliver exceptional customer service

Develop and implement creative merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction

Collaborate with store management to meet storewide objectives and maintain overall operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized department

Analyze sales data and trends to optimize product selection, pricing, and promotions

Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in produce or retail management, preferably in a grocery store setting

Strong knowledge of produce varieties, seasonal availability, and quality standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays as needed

Familiarity with inventory management systems, pricing strategies, and merchandising techniques

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly

Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and a positive team environment
