WE ARE SEEKING PROCESSING COORDINATORS TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
STARTING PAYRATE: $25/hr - $30/hr
- a level 4 security clearance required; company will assist in obtaining. Once level 5 is obtained payrate may be raised to $30/hr
JOBSITE LOCATION: Eagle Pass, Texas
- must be able to commute to any of the following CBP Del Rio Sector Locations: Del Rio, Eagle Pass, Carrizo Springs, Comstock

JOB SUMMARY: Processing Coordinators perform data entry, interact with migrant detainees, and perform processing efforts in support of humanitarian efforts. They are responsible for maintaining the well-being of detainees outside of a secure complex, to include inventorying, tagging, and storing detainees' personal property for tracking purposes.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comply with all applicable Government regulations, policies and procedures when visiting or working at Government facilities.
- Receive apprehended detainees.
- Store and track detainee personal property.
- Provide for detainee security and well-being while they are in CBP (Customs & Border Patrol) custody.
- Perform roll calls of detainees.
- Perform data entry up to 8 hours per day.
- Draft and maintain administrative paperwork related to the processing of migrants.
- Draft and maintain reports concerning the transportation and deportation of detained migrants.
- Log information about detained migrants into DHS (Department of Homeland Security)/CBP information systems, including the status of welfare checks and conditions while in custody.
- Perform duties related to care of those in custody.
- Transport detained migrants to immigration court proceedings and medical facilities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Prior government clearance preferred and may expedite application process
- 3-5 years’ experience performing data entry
- Skilled in operating personal computer and utilizing various software packages, such as, Microsoft (MS) Office applications such as MS Word and Excel to complete assignment.
- Able to pass pre-employment and periodic background checks
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, living in the U.S and able to complete SSBI (Single Scope Background Investigation) with CBP prior to reporting
- Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver license
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
- Must be able to weekend, holidays and potential swing shifts
- Reliable transportation to the workplace
