Summary of Position:
The Practice Manager is a critical role to Orthodontic Partners. The primary responsibility of the Practice Manager is to create employee engagement and develop a culture of excellence and engagement within the practice. They will be responsible for developing and monitoring change within the office through collaboration, team building and professionalism. Facilitating communication effectively and efficiently between staff, doctors, and leadership will be vital to this role. This position is on-site full time and will require travel between their 3 offices in Montgomery, Troy, and Prattville.
Essential Job Functions:
- Optimize the efficiencies of the office to better serve our patients through building the team
information to be successful.
- Provide an exceptional patient experience by ensuring clinical schedule is flowing efficiently,

- Facilitate the staffing needs of the team, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Accountable for upholding the office to the highest integrity by adhering to all government

- 2+ years of Managerial Experience.
- Knowledge of Dental and or Orthodontics is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental insurances, service limits, and financing options.

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Education and Experience:
- High School degree or GED
- 2+ years of Managerial experience
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time. Frequently move about
inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. (approximately 50% of the time). Finger
dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve such as computer keyboards, phone, photocopiers,
filing cabinet, and fax machines. Therefore, must be able to exchange accurate information in these
situations through text and through email. Must be able to exchange accurate auditory information, as
regularly communicates with patients, responsible parties, Doctors, and other staff members regarding
inquiries about their financials, scheduling, and treatment. Exposure to moderate-loud noise levels and
fast paced. Occasionally may be required to lift up to 30 Ibs. Must be able to reach a height of at least 3
feet intermittently.
