Our Pest Control Service Technicians start between $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience. In addition to the hourly wage, a Pest Control Service Technician can earn sales commissions from company leads and by selling additional services to current customers. Clint Miller Exterminating also provides uniforms, paid personal days, paid holidays, a 401k retirement savings plan with company matching, production bonuses, and regular overtime.

The typical work schedule for a Pest Control Service Technician is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, plus optional Saturdays as needed. Our business is seasonal, with higher volume in the Spring and Summer. You must pass State tests required to obtain the necessary pest control credentials; you must also have a NC driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance company requirements. Our on-staff experts will provide the training needed to prepare for the tests.
