Must Have:-
- 1 yr of customer service or office experience
- Must be able to push/ pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must have High School Diploma
- EPIC
Skills:-
· 2+ years’ experience Healthcare Administration and Medical Customer Service.
· Supported Pre-Registration Call Center; 50+ inbound and outbound calls per day from patients and providers; heavy registration experience.
· Insurance verification; HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medicaid.
· Utilized EPIC registration system.
· Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oak Lawn, IL 60453: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
