Our Patient Account Coordinator is the first contact for all existing and new patient calls, as well calls into the office for staff. It is essential to be able to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. The essential responsibilities include answering the phones and scheduling appointments, opening new patient accounts for multiple locations, setting up, verifying and coordinating insurance benefits, maintaining account information, requesting and following up medical record/procedure requests, and other duties as deemed appropriate.
