Overview

The temporary Packaging Artwork Coordinator is a support for the collective Brand. This position is anticipated to last only for six months from the date of hire, and the business need for this position will be re-evaluated at that time. You will have the opportunity to have exposure to all levels of teams. Reporting to the General Manager, the primary focus of the temporary Artwork Coordinator will be to work cross-functionally and maintain the artwork process and timelines with the internal departments and vendors.

While we are open to candidates from anywhere for this remote role, authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment as Winky Lux is not presently sponsoring employment visas.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Track all artwork needs on a daily and weekly basis to all relevant departments.
• Coordinate, route, and track all artwork.
• Review artwork in detail and mark up necessary changes (proof against copy sheet).
• Be in constant contact with all relevant departments with any needs to complete the artwork or routing process.
• Archive all paperwork, labels samples, etc. in the designated location.
• Work closely with all departments for artwork needs.
• Work closely with outside vendors to make sure artwork and all approvals stay on track.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Google Docs, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Strong analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail are required.
• Minimum two years of related experience preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred
