The Arizona Pioneers' Home is looking for an OVERNIGHT (10:00 pm to 6:30 am) Building Maintenance Tech with a positive attitude who enjoys working with our geriatric population to round out our existing Maintenance crew. Located on top of a hill overlooking beautiful Prescott, this State of Arizona agency position could be the perfect place for you to grow.

The person chosen for this position will work 10 pm - 6:30 am and will perform routine maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds maintenance of our historically recognized assisted living facility. This person will also perform scheduled preventive maintenance, furniture moving, and other transport of belongings within the Home under the supervision of the the Physical Plant Director and with direction from higher classified Maintenance staff.

In addition, you will also be responsible for night shift perimeter security checks and will be expected to work varied hours and through all types of weather conditions.
