What you will do:
As our Operations Customer Support Specialist, you will provide our customers with support on project inquiries ranging from timelines to project status updates. This position works at our Ashland, Ohio location.
The job:
Every day you work with our internal team to get our customers' questions answered quickly. You will monitor email, answer phone calls, and handle day to day requests. You will make sure that projects are on schedule and will notify the customer of any delays in a timely manner.
The skills you need:
To thrive in this role, you need to have excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills. You need to have experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once. A high school diploma with 1 to 2 years of experience is required.
