Performs a wide range of administrative and general secretarial/clerical support to field operations for a designated manager.
Job Responsibilities
  • Entry-Level position with basic clerical and organization skills.
  • Familiar with office equipment, basic PC and typing skills.
  • Perform secretarial/clerical duties to assist direct supervisor or other personnel/departments served.
  • Assists in the maintenance of basic office files in one or more areas such as trucking, purchasing, inventory, tickets, maintenance records, etc.
  • Maintains correspondence and/or related subject files.
  • Maintain and coordinate basic office services and supplies.
  • Demonstrate a positive impact by promoting safety in decisions and actions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with applicable office experience.
  • Able to read and comprehend operational manuals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to perform basic math.
  • Knowledgeable of basic office equipment and have PC word processing and spreadsheet-related skills.
  • Effectively interacts with personnel within the organization as well as with vendors and customers.
  • Occasional light lifting, bending, stooping.
  • Office environment with limited travel.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks
  • Compliance with the Company’s drug and alcohol policy including pre-employment D&A Testing
