Electro Tech Service, Inc (ETS) is looking for a reliable Office/Warehouse assistant for Louisville, KY location. The Right Candidate will work along with our managers and help to coordinate day to day office administration and warehouse procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
The successful Office/Warehouse assistant is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks, supporting team and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering payroll hours and compiling in MS Excel for review.
- Prepare weekly payroll report for temp agencies.
- Handle daily attendance spreadsheet & reach out for any call out.
- Report bi-weekly payroll hours to manager.
- Analys invoices from temp agencies repoet discrepancies.
- Ensuring workers' adherence to stipulated safety-related protocols.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Suite esp. in Excel.
- Used ERP or SAP.
- Demonstrable experience as a warehouse/office admin assistant.
- Knowledgeable about prominent health, safety, and consumer-related guidelines.
- Knowldge of logistical techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A service-driven, warm, and accountable disposition.
- Valid driver's license.
- Physically fit.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
