Hiring Annual Salary Range: $61,704 - $72,420

Duties: The Network Administrator will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the

design, implementation and connectivity of computer and network systems to ensure the stable

operation of the organization’s IT assets. This includes helping to develop, configure, maintain,

support and optimize all new and existing network hardware, software, and communications assets.

The Network Administrator will also work with members of the network team to resolve end user

hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate manner. This role will act as team lead for

Help Desk staff and provide technical solutions to escalated problems. This role will monitor

incoming tickets with the team and ensure tickets are assigned and completed in a timely manner,

meeting SLAs.

Minimum Requirements: Graduation from a four-year college or university with a major in

computer information sciences, network security, network engineering or a closely related field and

one year in the management of network administration; or an Associate’s degree in computer

information, network security, network engineering and three years of experience in network

administration. High School diploma and six years of experience in network administration.

Preferred Experience (3+years): TCP/IP protocols & security methodologies, MS Windows Server

2012-2019 (AD, DNS, DHCP, WINS, NTFS, GP, DFS, and VSS), MS Windows 10, MS Office 365,

server/desktop patch management, XMedius Fax, Mimecast, ZixMail encryption, Veeam, Landesk,

Carbon Black/Windows Defender, Dell DES/BitLocker, incident management systems, Xerox copiers,

VMWare 7.0, VCenter & SRM, Android & Apple mobile devices, intune MDM, WiFi and end user

support, HP Nimble, HP StoreOnce, Palo Alto firewalls, HP Servers, PoE Switches, CUCM, CUCS & VoIP

telephony, disaster recovery planning/execution, AWS cloud environment, customer service, good

documentation and communication skills, Help Desk ticketing experience.
