Organization and Attention to Detail while Maintaining Patient Confidentiality are an integral part of the role of a Medical Records Clerk. While working in a bustling medical unit, appointment scheduling, and chart preparation for nurse and doctor patient visits keeps the entire team supported. The opportunity to be a part of this team and make an impact for an under-served patient population, in a safe, secure correctional work environment.
Qualifications: Looking for a organized dynamic filing clerk with strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical record keeping systems who can complete a medical records filing project for us. The right candidate will have the ability to comprehend basic medical office terms, work independently, while taking initiative and applying good decision making and organizational skills. This project is filing, nothing but filing, so we need a person that is going to show up, work hard, make difference and support the team. You will have more hours in the beginning and then taper off to a regular flexible part-time schedule. You must have a clear background to be considered.

Monday - Friday, 20hrs per week, flexible schedule with day time hours
