Orthopedic Medical Office Westlake Village, CA
A private orthopedic clinic located in Westlake Village is seeking a full-time Medical Office Scheduler / Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate must be committed to providing excellent and high quality patient care. We are looking for someone who is excited to build relationships with the patients while keeping with the practice philosophy. You will be required to accept incoming calls at a very rapid pace, schedule patient appointments, and various other tasks.
Primary Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to):
- Answering phones
- Schedule consults and follow up appointments
- Ability to explain out of network vs in network insurance
- Educate patients on payment options
- Update medical records
- Assist with other clerical duties
Required Skills and Abilities (may include, but not limited to):
- Excellent written and Oral communication skills
- Problem solving and time management skills
- Positive attitude with great interpersonal skills
- Outstanding work ethic and customer service skills
Medical office experience is a plus but not required.
Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
