Internal Medicine Group Richardson, TX 75080
-Internal medicine practice, located in the Richardson area, seeking a front desk lead with at least 5 years of experience. MUST be experienced with the eCW electronic medical records system - please do not apply if you are not proficient with eCW. Must have average skills or above in using Microsoft 365.
-Must possess exceptional customer service and communication skills both in person and on the telephone
-A strong work ethic and high level of professionalism is a must
-Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure is mandatory
-Solid knowledge of all insurance carriers and referral coordination required
-Expert cash handling and daily/monthly balancing skills necessary
-Must be proficient in computer skills, including but not limited to all Office Suite products
-Excellent organizational skill and handling of multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
