Mechanic Job at Great Texas Compression
Great Texas Compression is a fast growing natural gas compression company in the oil and gas service
business focusing mainly in South Texas. We are looking for highly motivated mechanics having 12
years minimum experience to join our team.
Our areas of need are found in both the Cotulla/Dilley/Carrizo Springs area and Corpus Christi/George
West/Kingsville area. A service truck will be provided and the area of coverage will be within a 100
mile radius of his home base.
Primary Responsibilities, Requirements and Benefits:
Provide preventive maintenance and corrective field mechanical services on natural gas compressors.
Knowledge of electrical systems.
Represents Company in a professional manner at all times.
Minimum of one or more years as a gas compressor mechanic with prior experience working with
engines, gas compressors and/ or production equipment.
Have a valid driver's license.
Standard drug testing prior to hiring.
Bonus after 90 days of employment.
10 paid Holidays per year
2 weeks paid vacation per year
Company pays 75% of plan for employee and family
Fully vested company matching plan
