Immediate Openings - ACT Math & Science Tutor - Huntington Learning Center, West Chester, OH
We have immediate openings for exceptional part-time tutors for our ACT Prep program who specialize in MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE. A related four year college degree is required. The ability to teach all four subjects (English, Reading, Math, and Science) is a plus. Teaching and tutoring experience is also a plus, but not required.
We provide the paid training you need to assist out students in mastering the strategy and content required to achieve higher scores on the ACT college entrance exam. You teach motivated students one-to-one in our center using our proven curriculum.
This is a part-time position for someone who can commit to working wiht our students on a regular basis. During the school year, we start our sessions at 4:00 pm and teach until 8:00 pm, and Saturdays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Flexible schedules are available. Our tutors usually work 12-18 hours per week. You must be within commuting distance of the center located in West Chester, OH.
