MARKETING COORDINATOR

POSITION - Full-Time

Young Construction is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement strategies to strengthen our marketing presence. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm to build our brand. As a Marketing Coordinator, you must have strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
• Create and manage social media content campaigns, including ideation and execution of creative assets.
• Manage outsourced search engine optimization campaigns and analyze performance.
• Manage traditional marketing campaigns, such as radio, billboards, and newspapers.
• Design marketing assets such as flyers, brochures, and infographics using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Build and manage relationships with external paid lead providers.
• Manage branding campaigns, including ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Travel between locations as needed.
• Manage trade show booths and plan for events and sponsorships.
• Regularly communicate with the sales team on marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Own the marketing budget and allocate spend to drive down customer acquisition cost.
• Help to grow the YC Cares program within the community.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, in-person, on the phone, video, and email.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Knowledgeable of SEO terms and PPC advertising.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, driven to make an impact.
