Marketing Assistant Job at Signature Wealth Group
Marketing team looking for part-time support. This position will be in-person, in a private office in Richmond Hill, Ga, working directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to support remote clients.
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for efficiently managing systems, projects, and tasks that support the brand, clients, and prospecting efforts.
Responsibilities Include:
- Processing/communicating design orders and requests
- Remote customer support
- Project management and workflows/task tracking
- Coordinating with outside contractors
- Compliance submissions and tracking
- Proofreading and technical testing
- On-going organization and upkeep of marketing assets
- Social media scheduling
- Blog publishing via Wordpress
- Minimal graphic design / formatting via Canva
What You Need For This Position
- Strong attention to detail, organized
- Tech-savvy, quickly adapt to using new platforms, software, and applications
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Overall positive attitude, not easily overwhelmed
- Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
An Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- Some marketing experience
- Some administrative experience
- Familiar with the following platforms: Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, Keap (Infustionsoft), ClickUp, Dropbox, Canva, Shopify, Wordpress
Additional Information:
- This is an in-office position, in a private office with no clients onsite
- This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week
- This is an independent contractor (1099) position
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
