Primary Objective:
We are looking for an experienced Manager On Duty or MOD to oversee team members in all departments to ensure it’s performing effectively
Responsibilities:
Managing small project teams to develop, execute and complete assignments
Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management
Performing employee reviews and assessments
Assist with new employee on boarding and training program
Skills & Qualifications:
Planning and development of projects
Making operational and process decisions
Solving problems creatively
Organizing and delegating assignments to team members
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
1 year of experience preferred
Basic math / English skills
Knowledge of computers / Office machines
Weekend Availability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
