Everett & Associates, a local insurance company, is looking to bring in a select few new team members that we can quickly train to move into leadership roles within the company. These entry-level positions offer training for the right candidates and are open to candidates who have no prior industry experience but are willing and eager to learn. Our program will equip you with extensive training on various aspects of the company, such as team management, business development, new business acquisition, face-to-face negotiations with new and existing clients, training of new agents, supervising of agents’ daily activity, and new hire assessment. We are looking for someone who is driven, competitive in nature and shares the company's approach to developing a career.
Qualified candidates should be:

The company requires candidates to have a clear background check (no felonies) and dependable transportation. We provide a comprehensive training program in both classroom and field settings, a performance review after 90 days for potential promotion, and a competitive compensation range of *$30k to $80k with an attractive retirement plan.
*Pay is strictly commission plus bonus paid weekly based on your activity
