Maintenance Coordinator:
Superior work ethic and experience in general facility maintenance is with a history of sustained excellent employment performance. This detail oriented person will have a track record of diligence and sense of urgency and will utilize their experience to ensure that our 5000 sq foot building, facility systems and equipment are maintained impeccably.
The Maintenance Coordinator position is a full-time opportunity with an expectation of 40 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong sense of character

- Practice 2nd Mile Service with a servant attitude and generosity
- A positive, "yes", can do attitude
- Knowledge and experience within general facility maintenance trade
- Diligent in following daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists
- Assist Restaurant Leadership with $30K in daily inventory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment
- Strong Team Work characteristics
- Spirit of Hospitality
