What You Will Do
Technical Development

• Operates Lathes, Mills, and other machine shop equipment and tools with ability to hold close tolerances.
• Responds in a timely manner to provide repair parts in machine breakdown situations.
• Fabricates parts to replenish storeroom inventories.
• Responsible for machining a variety of metals and plastics.
• Works with designers and engineers on part design, modification and fabrication.
• Responsible for working safely while completing all assigned tasks and for reporting any observed unsafe acts and conditions.

What You Will Need

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
• Five (5) years journeyman level Job Shop Machinist experience.
• Required to work within tolerances of +/- .001.
• Required to stand or walk up to 90% of the workday.
• Required to be at least 18 years of age.
• Required to work any shift.
• Required to work overtime, if necessary.
• Required to life and move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Required to work at heights up to 40 feet.
• Required to have mechanic hand tools and basic precision measurement tools.
• Required to comply with company GMP policies.

What Will Set You Apart

• Experience as a CNC machinist
• Expereince Programming CNC Machines
• Experience with CMM devices
• Experience using 3D CAD and CAM

Compensation

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $36.17-$36.17
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
